Dialog using english to show cause and effect
 

This dialogue tells the cause and effect of making rainbow milk. In the event of rainbow milk is a colloid occurrence in chemical reactions. Colloid is a form of mixture of one substance with another substance looks the same.

Dina:   Hi Imel.
Imel:   Hi too Dina.
Dina:   What are you doing Mel?

Imel:   Milk, water, coloring, cutten bat, laundry soap.
Dina:   Can you show me how?
Imel:   Ohh of course ...

    1. Colloid comes from the word "kolia" which in Greek language means "glue". The term colloid was first introduced by Thomas Graham (1861) based on his observations of crystalline gelatin but difficult to diffuse. Whereas generally crystals easily experience diffusion. Therefore, a substance such as gelatin is called colloid. Colloid or colloidal dispersion or colloidal system is actually a dispersion system with a particle size larger than a solution but smaller than the suspension.
      If we mix milk (for example, instant milk) with water, it turns out the milk is "dissolved" but the "solution" is not clear but cloudy. If ignored, the mixture does not separate and also can not be filtered (filtering results remain cloudy). Macroscopically this mixture appears homogeneous. However, if observed with an ultra microscope, it can still be distinguished milk particles scattered in the water. This mixture is called colloid. The size of colloidal particles ranges from 1 nm - 100 nm. Thus, colloids are a heterogeneous mixture and are two-phase systems.
